In February and March, bilateral online meetings were held between the project coordinator, DOCUMENTA, and two of the partnership partners. The February meeting was with LOGS, leader of Work Package 5 – Dissemination, Sustainability, and Transferability – , to specifically discuss design issues and the Dissemination and Communication Manual. In March, meetings were held with partner EUROERGASIAKI, leader of Work Package 2 – Energy Information Center and Energy Education Program – and the Evaluation and Quality area. The meetings covered both quality issues and the design of the training program syllabus.

To continue making good progress on the project, DOCUMENTA, as project coordinators and promoters, needs to hold coordination meetings with the leaders of the areas currently being worked on. Clarifying ideas, understanding actions, and setting deadlines are essential steps to ensure the project is a success and the consortium works efficiently and comfortably.

The meetings held in recent months have resulted in a Dissemination Manual, which is currently under development. It will include all the project’s communication elements, among other things. Other topics discussed include the Evaluation and Quality Guide, essential for the successful development of the project, and the syllabuses for the two courses that will be part of the Energy Education Program.

These meetings will be held again as needed to continue advancing along the same lines of work and successfully carry out all actions.
